Plastic Base is blow molded from high-density polyethylene. Base accepts sand bags as ballast and can survive repeated runovers. Also features a tiered design that promotes smooth stacking and unstacking. Plastic Base joins easily and snaps in place with traffic barrels to ensure greater stability in any weather or road conditions.
